Dance School Bounce Urban

Due to space requirement, we decided at short-notice to do the Afterparty in the Dance School Bounce Urban.

It is less central then the Garbujo, but it should offer enough place to dance for everybody.

• Busline 10, direction Ostermundigen, until the stop Schosshaldenfriedhof
• Cross the street and go on for 100m in the direction of the bus
• Turn left into the Libellenweg, go on for 250m until the left turn
• Go on for 100m and then the Libellenweg 10 is on the left side

Meeting point Valley Station of the Gurtenbahn

Dorfstrasse 45, Wabern

The Gurten is a popular destination for a short trip in the local area. It offers a very nice view on the City and its environs.

• Tram 9 in the direction of Wabern, until the station Gurtenbahn, 9min travel time from the Railway Station
• Follow the sign in the direction of the Gurtenbahn, 5min walking disctance
• We meet at the Valley Station at 14 H 00

Markets in Bern

Bärenplatz, Bundesplatz, Münstergasse, Waisenhausplatz

On saturdays there are well attented markets on the Bärenplatz, on the Bundesplatz, in the Münstergasse and on the Waisenhausplatz.

The atmosphere is very nice and busy. It is an ideal spot for a few surprising social dance moments.

It is worth to have a look on the market stands between the dances. There are lots of delicious treasure to discover!

Music Pavilion - Kleine Schanze

Park Kleine Schanze, Bundesgasse, Bern

The Music Pavilion is a little bit hidden in the furthest corner of the park Kleine Schanze.

It is a nice little spot with a beautiful view, where concerts take place during the summer.

• Pass by the Parkcafé Kleine Schanze (Bundesgasse 7) and follow the promenade up to the Pavilion.

Rosengarten

The park is frequently used by local people and tourists.

Tangoschool Bern - Club Viento Sur

This very beautiful dance hall is located in the quarter Länggasse.

The Tangoschool Viento Sur was the first home for the founders of the Lindy Hop Scene in Bern!

Each year we party the last evening of the Leapin Lindy Workshop in this atmospheric room.
